MV General Manager Update:
Four facilities in one week have now been turned over, the Control Center, Shoreline, Bellevue and Kent this weekend. You have all done a superhuman effort to make this happen. The Kent turnover was great this weekend. A typical transition for a contract is one facility. We did four facilities (five including Solid Ground) in a week and you guys Rock IT!
Vehicle turnover from Transdev to King County to MV continued into the early hours of Saturday morning. The entire maintenance team was fantastic at keeping their composure when the outgoing provider team started to yell at the county personnel. Grace under pressure. It was very telling when the entire maintenance team, right at midnight, changed their uniforms from Transdev to MV in front of their old bosses, and proudly wore our uniforms. Thanks to Kenny and Ben for their leadership.
IT - Jenn and Rick – you rocked it again. Everything was set up. Andrew – you and your team were ready with the tablets and made everything happen. Sekar – you were on site in Kent with the team, and helped to ensure a smooth transition.
Safety – Andrew/Thom/Marcus – you had teams ready to help clean the facility, fuel and shuttle vehicles, insert insurance and accident kits and help with pull outs.
Operations – Lanai, Stephen and Michael – thank you for showing up to Kent for pull outs and the Control Center to help ensure everything went smoothly.
We also had our endurance team which worked 25+ plus from Friday to Saturday for the turnover yet again – Aaron, Karen, Jenn, Rick, Ben, Kenny (and Samantha, Lanai, and Stephen). Outstanding dedication and effort.
Thank you all for your outstanding effort and dedication and please thank our entire team. You are all amazing!
John Gray, MV General Manager
