Kevin A. Klika

Kevin A. Klika is the president and chief operating officer of MV Transportation, Inc. A 12-year veteran of the organization, Kevin’s primary responsibilities lie in the overall management and growth of MV’s transit operations.

Since joining MV in 1999, Kevin’s role leading the organization has transformed to accommodate the company’s growth and structural reorganization. In 2003 he took control of all of the company’s western U.S. locations, serving as the western group president. During this time he oversaw the company’s expansion into a number of locations, including Anchorage, Alaska, and Vancouver, British Columbia.

In 2008, Kevin was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer by the board of directors to manage MV’s group presidents and improve performance metrics, develop the company’s entry into new markets, and sustain the company's ongoing growth.

A proud Green Bay, WI native, Kevin served as a U.S. Air Force police officer for nine years prior to beginning his career in transportation. Kevin worked as a district Manager for Mayflower Contract Services in Southern California, as well as an area general manager for Laidlaw Transit, overseeing 40 operating locations.

Mr. Klika serves on the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce Political and Government Affairs Committee and speaks often at transportation organizations throughout the U.S.
